Requirements to the bidders:

c) non-suspension of the activity of the Bidder in the manner prescribed by the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses, on the day of submission of the Bid;
d) presentation of the information provided for in clause 5.1.4 of the tender documentation;
e) the Participant does not have arrears in taxes, fees, debts on other obligatory payments to the budgets of the budget system of the Russian Federation (except for the amounts for which a deferral, installment plan, investment tax credit is provided in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees, which restructured in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, according to which there is a court decision that has entered into legal force on recognition of the applicant's obligation to pay these amounts oh and that deemed to be uncollectible in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees) for the previous calendar year, the amount of which exceeds 25% (twenty five percent) of the book value of the Bidder's assets, according to the financial statements for the last reporting period. g) the absence of the Participant of the tender - an individual or from the head, members of the collegial executive body or chief accountant of the legal entity - the Participant of the criminal record for crimes in the economic sphere (except for persons for whom such a criminal record has been canceled or withdrawn), as well as non-use in relation to the specified individuals punishment in the form of deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities that are related to the supply of goods, performance of work, provision of services, I represent subject to ongoing procurement, and administrative punishment in the form of disqualification

Contract conclusion date:
An agreement on the results of the competition between the Customer and the Winner of the competition is concluded no earlier than 10 (Ten) days and no later than 20 (Twenty) days from the date of placement in the unified information system of the final protocol drawn up according to the results of the competition.
The contract is concluded in writing by drafting one document signed by the parties.
