Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment under this Agreement is made by the Customer with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services rendered and presentation by the Contractor of the relevant invoice, provided that the services are provided properly.
If the contract is concluded with a small or medium-sized business entity, the final payment for the Services rendered is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered Services signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor.
