Payment terms:
The payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
Final payment for the rendered Services, within 30 (Thirty) calendar days (for MSPs within 7 (Seven) business days) from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services on the basis of an invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other methods agreed by the parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) invoices;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) Developed and agreed plans for the prevention and elimination of oil and petroleum product spills at Bereznikovskaya TPP-2, Zakamskaya TPP-5, Permskaya TPP-6, Permskaya TPP-9, hot water boiler house No. 5, Permskaya TPP-14, Shirokovskaya HPP in accordance with clause 1.2 of this Agreement;
d) Developed Plans for conducting complex exercises in order to confirm the organization's readiness for actions to localize oil and petroleum product spills and eliminate oil and petroleum product spills (Plan CU) at the production site of the Perm Branch of PJSC T Plus for each plan to prevent and eliminate oil and petroleum product spills;
e) Conducting face-to-face training sessions with the Customer's personnel according to the scenarios developed by the plans for the prevention and elimination of oil and petroleum product spills directly with the members of the Emergency Management and OPB of the organization and separately with the emergency response managers for each Plan of complex exercises developed by the Contractor on the territory of the Perm Branch of PJSC T Plus with the provision of reporting materials;
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account specified in the Contract, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Service delivery period (start/end): 01.06.2024 - 31.12.2024.

2. The obligations of the Bidders of the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes).
3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to conduct a price regulation procedure.
4. The winner of the request for proposals will be the Bidder who has proposed in aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this Bid Notice.
5. The contract based on the results of the OPP is concluded no earlier than ten days and no later than twenty days from the date of posting in the EIS of the final protocol drawn up based on the results of the OPP.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Offers set out in the Bid Notice on the request for proposals with the notification of all Bidders.
