Обоснование: В связи с тем, что проведение новой процедуры на право заключения Договора на оказание услуг по ремонту грузовых автомобилей для нужд ПАО «МРСК Центра» (филиала «Курскэнерго») нецелесообразно, так как исчерпаны лимиты времени на проведение закупки, проведение новой конкурентной закупки не приведет к изменению круга участников, а предоставленное предложение приемлемо и соответствуют требованиям Извещения о проведении закупки и документации о закупке, в соответствии с п.3.10.2 (а) Документации по запросу предложений, предлагается принять решение, о заключении договора с единственными поставщиком со следующим контрагентом:
