Обоснование: На основании вышеприведенной ранжировки Заявок предлагается признать Победителем запроса цен Участника, занявшего первое место, а именно:
ООО «РСО-ЭНЕРГО», РФ, 394028, г. Воронеж, проезд Монтажный, д. 2, офис 55, тел. (473) 210-66-37, заявка на право заключения Договора на оказание услуг по сопровождению ТП в целях исполнения обязательств по договорам оказания дополнительных услуг клиентам для нужд ПАО «МРСК Центра» (филиала «Курскэнерго») на условиях:
- цена заявки:
• 13 866 300 руб. 00 коп. (тринадцать миллионов восемьсот шестьдесят шесть тысяч триста рублей 00 коп.) без НДС;
• 2 773 260 руб. 00 коп. (два миллиона семьсот семьдесят три тысячи двести шестьдесят рублей 00 коп.) НДС;
• 16 639 560 руб. 00 коп. (шестнадцать миллионов шестьсот тридцать девять тысяч пятьсот шестьдесят рублей 00 коп.) с учетом НДС;
• итоговая (суммарная) ценовая предпочтительность Предложения по единичным расценкам: 1,0 Балл (в соответствии с Приложением № 1)
- условия оплаты: в соответствии с «Графиком оплаты выполнения работ» - безналичный расчет, в течение 30 (тридцати) рабочих дней с момента подписания сторонами Акта приемки выполненных работ и предоставления счета-фактуры;
- срок выполнения работ: в соответствии с «Графиком выполнения работ» - начало выполнения работ/ оказания услуг: с момента подписания договора; окончание выполнения работ: до 30.12.2019 или до полного исполнения обязательств по договору.
