Payment is made by the Customer for the actually provided volume of Services in Russian rubles by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, upon the provision of services by the Contractor within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Parties signed the Act of Services Rendered without comment, on the basis of the invoice , invoices - invoices (not provided if the Contractor is not a VAT payer, or is exempted from the duties of a taxpayer). If the Contractor uses a universal transfer document (hereinafter - UPD), the UPD is provided in 3 (Three) copies, one - for the Contractor, two - for the Customer. There is no advance payment.
