The form and all terms of the draft Agreement (Part 3 "Draft Agreement") are binding. Counterproposals of the participants on the draft agreement are not allowed.
In this case, there are no counterproposals on the wording of the terms of the contract, aimed at the elimination of grammatical and technical errors, if they are identified by the participant in the draft Agreement (Part 3 "Draft Agreement").
