Purchasing items:

Provision of maintenance services of electrical equipment, devices and safety devices on the GPM (1 ШТ)
in accordance with part 3 of the draft treaty.
The form and all terms of the draft Agreement (Part 3 "Draft contract" Volume 1 of the procurement documentation) are mandatory. Counterproposals of the participants on the draft agreement are not allowed.
In this case, there are no counterproposals on the wording of the terms of the contract, aimed at correcting grammatical and technical errors, if such are identified by the participant in the draft Agreement (Part 3 "Draft contract" Volume 1 procurement documentation).
Delivery terms:
According to Volume 2 "technical part" of the documentation on request for proposals.
But Sarov is a closed administrative-territorial formation of the system of GC "Rosatom", the legal status of which is established by the federal law of 14.07.1992 № 3297-1 "on closed administrative and territorial education."

There is a special regime of safe functioning of enterprises (organizations) in the territory of Sarov, which provides restrictions on the entry of citizens into its territory.
In order to enter Sarov it is necessary to have a badge. The executor is obliged to issue the documents on entering the city in time according to the established rules. The period of registration of passes may take up to 4 months. Thus terms of performance of works under the contract do not shift for the term of registration of permission for entry.

The Organizer has announced the results on 26.11.2018 at 14:15 declared the call for bids void.
Обоснование: В связи с тем, что после окончания срока подачи заявок на участие в запросе предложений не поступило ни одной заявки, в соответствии с подпунктом б) пункта 1.1 части 1 статьи 6.4 ЕОСЗ, открытый запрос предложений на право заключения договора на оказание услуг по техническому обслуживанию электрооборудования, устройств и приборов безопасности на ГПМ признан несостоявшимся.
