Decision No. 693 of the Government of the Russian Federation of 11 June 1996 approved the Regulations on the provision of special treatment in a closed administrative-territorial entity in the territory of which facilities of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Atomic Energy are located.
On the territory of ZATO Sarov a special mode of safe operation of enterprises (organizations), which provides for restrictions on entry of citizens to its territory.
To enter the ZATO Sarov it is necessary to have a pass. The Contractor is obliged to timely issue documents for entry into the city in accordance with the established rules.
