Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Settlements are made with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services provided, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) an act of acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) a conclusion on technical diagnostics and recording in the equipment passport information indicating the permitted parameters for the operation of the equipment and the period for the next survey,
in the event that the contract is concluded with SMEs, the payment term shall be established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation no more than 30 calendar days, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) an act of acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) a conclusion on technical diagnostics and recording in the equipment passport information indicating the permitted parameters for the operation of the equipment and the period for the next survey,
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways not contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation.
