Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment under this Agreement is made by the Customer by bank transfer with a delay of no more than 30 calendar days after the Parties sign the Act on acceptance of the work performed and the Contractor submits the relevant invoice for payment or invoice, provided that the Services are rendered properly.
If the participant from the number of SMEs is recognized as the winner of the purchase, the payment deadline is set in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation no more than 15 working days after the Parties sign the Act on acceptance of work performed and the Contractor submits the relevant invoice for payment or invoice -facilities provided that the Services are provided appropriately.
Settlements for the rendered Services may be made in cash in the form of a transfer to the account of the Contractor.
Delivery terms:
From 07/01/2020 to 10/31/2020 according to the schedule of services.
