Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment under this Agreement is made by the Customer by bank transfer with a deferral of not more than 30 calendar days after the signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of the provision of services and the submission by the Contractor of the appropriate invoice for payment or invoice, provided that the Services are provided in the proper manner.
If the participant from the SMEs is recognized as the winner of the purchase, the payment term is set with a delay of no more than 15 (fifteen) business days after the Parties sign the acceptance certificate of the work performed and from the moment the invoice is issued.
Payments for the rendered Services may be made in cash in the form of a transfer to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:From 08/01/2020 to 08/31/2020 according to the schedule of services.
