Auto-extension

Payment terms:
payment for the services rendered is made quarterly:
- If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses, then payment for the services actually rendered under this Agreement is carried out with a deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days.
- If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, payment for services actually rendered under this Agreement is carried out within 15 (fifteen) business days
from the date of signing:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties (Appendix No. 5);
c) invoices,
d) report (the form of the report is indicated in Appendix No. 1),
e) other documents provided for in the terms of reference (Appendix No. 1)
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

На основании п. 5.5.12 Приложения №2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс» (Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур) признать несостоявшейся процедуру открытого запроса предложений №2461700/119/21 на право заключения договора на оказание услуг по техническому обслуживанию климатического оборудования с наружными блоками для нужд Филиала «Пермский» ПАО «Т Плюс», так как Организатору поступило одно предложение, удовлетворяющее требованиям Заказчика, от ЗАО «ИВС-СЕТИ»
