Payment terms:Calculation for the Services rendered and accepted by the Customer shall be made not earlier than 60 (sixty) and not later than 90 (ninety) calendar days (no more than 15 (fifteen) working days for the Contractor relating to the small and medium-sized businesses) after signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of rendered services and presentation by the Contractor of the corresponding original invoice for payment. Calculations under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account, and may also have a different form of settlements that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Obligations of the participants of the request for proposals related to submission of proposals are provided with a penalty of 2% of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (including taxes). In case an initial (maximum) contract price does not exceed five million rubles, no bid security will be required.
3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to conduct the procedure of price
4. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who has collectively offered the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The agreement on the results of the OPP shall be concluded no earlier than ten days and no later than twenty days from the date of placement in the EIS of the final protocol drawn up on the results of the OPP.
6. If necessary, the Customer shall have the right to extend the deadline for the acceptance of the Offers set in the Notice of the Request for Proposals with the notification of all participants.
