Bids submission deadline

Payment for the Services provided is made in stages on the basis of the invoice by transferring funds to the Contractor's account on the 15th (fifteenth) calendar day from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the services rendered at a particular stage.
If the payment is due on Saturday, Sunday or a non-working day for banks in the country of the Party making the payment, or in the country of the correspondent banks of the Party making the payment, such payment must be made on the next calendar day, which is not Saturday, Sunday, or non-working on a banking day in the country of the Party making the payment or in the countries of the correspondent banks of the Party making the payment. Settlements are made in Russian rubles.
