Requirements to the bidders:
Any legal entity or individual entrepreneur can participate in the competition. The contest Participants who have offered the best conditions for the execution of the Contract and meet the following requirements can claim to win the competition:
a) the Competition Participant's compliance with the requirements established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for persons performing the obligations that are the subject of the Contract, including: the presence of a license issued by the authorized state authority of the Russian Federation to carry out medical activities (except for the specified activities carried out by medical organizations and other organizations that are part of the private healthcare system on the territory of the Skolkovo innovation center) for the provision of primary pre-medical medical and sanitary care on an outpatient basis for: nursing; for the provision of primary medical medical and sanitary care on an outpatient basis for: therapy;
b) the failure to liquidate the tender Participant-a legal entity and the absence of a decision of the arbitration court on the recognition of the tender Participant-a legal entity, an individual entrepreneur as bankrupt and on the opening of bankruptcy proceedings;
c) non-suspension of the activity of the Participant of the tender in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation on the day of submission of the Tender application;
d) submission of the information provided for in clause 5.1.4 of the Tender Documentation;
e) the Participant of the tender has no arrears on taxes, fees, arrears on other mandatory payments to the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation (except for the amounts for which a deferral, installment plan, investment tax credit has been granted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees, which have been restructured in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, for which there is a court decision that has entered into legal force on recognizing the applicant's obligation to pay these amounts as fulfilled or which are recognized as hopeless for recovery in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees) for the past calendar year, the amount of which exceeds 25 % (twenty-five percent) of the book value of the assets of the Bidder, according to the accounting statements for the last reporting period. A tender participant is considered to comply with the established requirement if he / she has submitted an application for appealing the specified arrears, arrears in accordance with the established procedure and a decision on such an application has not been made as of the date of consideration of the application for participation in the determination of the supplier (contractor, contractor) ;
f) the absence in the register of unscrupulous suppliers (contractors, performers) of information about the Participant of the tender, including information about the founders, members of the collegial executive body, the person performing the functions of the sole executive body of the Participant of the tender-a legal entity;
g) the absence of a criminal record for crimes in the field of economics (with the exception of persons whose such criminal record has been extinguished or removed), as well as the non – application of punishment in the form of deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities related to the supply of goods, performance of work, provision of services that are the object of procurement, and administrative punishment in the form of disqualification in respect of these individuals.

Contract conclusion date:
The contract based on the results of the competition between the Customer and the Winner of the competition is concluded no earlier than 10 (Ten) days and no later than 20 (Twenty) days from the date of posting in the unified information system of the final protocol drawn up based on the results of the competition.
The contract is concluded in writing by drawing up a single document signed by the parties.

Услуги по психофизической релаксации:
- дата начала оказания услуг: 01.09.2021;
- дата окончания оказания услуг: до даты переоформления Исполнителем лицензии на осуществление медицинской деятельности по месту оказания Услуг, указанному в пункте 1.2 Договора, определяемой Актом о начале осуществления медицинской деятельности по лечебно-профилактическому обслуживанию, подписываемом Сторонами и оформляемом по форме Приложение № 6 к Договору;
Услуги по лечебно-профилактическому обслуживанию:
- дата начала оказания услуг: дата подписания Сторонами Акта о начале оказания услуг по лечебно-профилактическому обслуживанию, оформляемом по форме Приложение № 6 к Договору. Дата начала оказания услуг по лечебно-профилактическому обслуживанию должна наступать не ранее даты переоформления Исполнителем лицензии на осуществление медицинской деятельности по месту оказания Услуг, указанному в пункте 1.2 Договора;
- дата окончания оказания Услуг – 31.08.2022.
