Payment terms:
If the contract is concluded with a large business entity:
- cleaning and preparation of oil tanks: Payment for rendered Services is made with a delay of 60-90 (sixty - ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of acceptance of rendered services;
- examination of industrial safety of tanks: payment for rendered Services is made with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of delivery of acceptance of rendered services provided by the Contractor the following Documents:
a) accounts; $
b) Certificate of acceptance of rendered services in the form (KS-2, KS-3) signed by the Parties;
c) invoices; $
d) conclusions of expert examination of industrial safety
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
If the contract is concluded with a small and medium business entity:
- payment for rendered Services is made with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of delivery of acceptance of rendered services, provided the Contractor provides the following Documents:
a) accounts; $
b) Certificate of acceptance of rendered services in the form (KS-2, KS-3) signed by the Parties;
c) invoices; $
d) conclusions of expert examination of industrial safety
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
