Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Services rendered is made with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days (* no more than 15 working days if the participant is SMSP) from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services provided, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) a technical report on testing heat networks for heat and hydraulic losses; energy characteristics of heat energy transport systems from CHPP-2 according to the indicators "Loss of network water", "Heat loss", "Specific consumption of network water", "Temperature difference of network water in the supply and return pipelines", "Specific energy consumption", agreed by the Department heating networks of PJSC T Plus
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways not contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation.

2. Obligations of participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (including taxes).
