Auto-extension

Payment for the Services rendered is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days (for SMEs - within 15 (fifteen) working days) from the date the Parties signed the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:

b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of payment that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a forfeit in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes). If the initial (maximum) price of the contract does not exceed five million rubles, the requirement to secure the application for participation in the procurement is not established.
3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to conduct a price regulation procedure.
4. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who, in aggregate, has proposed the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The contract based on the results of the APR is concluded no earlier than ten days and no later than twenty days from the date of posting in the EIS the final protocol drawn up based on the results of the APR.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals, established in the Notice of the request for proposals with notification of all participants.
