Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
If the contract is concluded with a non-SMA entity:
Payment for the services rendered and accepted by the Customer shall be made with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services, provided that Executor of the following documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
d) conclusion on the technical inspection of the object
If the contract is concluded with the SMSP:
Payment for the services rendered and accepted by the Customer shall be carried out with a delay of 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services, provided that Executor of the following documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
d) conclusion on the technical inspection of the object
Calculations under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlements that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
