Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of the contract price is made by the customer on a quarterly basis in the following order: final settlement based on the acceptance certificate signed by the parties at the end of each current quarter for actually completed work, confirmed in the manner approved in the terms of reference with a delay
(- if the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses, then payment for the services actually rendered under this Agreement is carried out with a deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 calendar days;
- if the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, payment for the services actually rendered under this Agreement is carried out within 15 working days), provided that the customer is provided with a full set of the following documents:
ü accounts;
ü acceptance certificate of work performed, signed by the parties;
ü invoices;
ü work log.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's account specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a forfeit in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (including taxes). In case an initial (maximum) contract price does not exceed five million rubles, no bid security will be required.
3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to conduct a price regulation procedure.
4. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who proposed, in aggregate, the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The contract based on the results of the AWP is concluded no earlier than ten days and no later than twenty days from the date of posting in the EIS the final protocol drawn up based on the results of the AWP.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals, set in the Notice of the request for proposals with notification of all participants.
