Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of the contractual price is made by the customer on a quarterly basis (while
the cost of payment for work performed in the current quarter cannot exceed 1/4 of the contract price) in the following order:
final settlement based on the acceptance certificate signed by the parties for the work performed at the end of each current quarter for
actually performed work, confirmed in the manner approved in the terms of reference:
- if the participant does not belong to small and medium
entrepreneurship, then payment for the actually rendered services under this agreement is carried out with a deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) and
no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days,
- if the participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, the payment for the services actually rendered is

documents:
accounts;
acceptance certificate of work performed, signed by the Parties;
invoices;

2. The obligations of the participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a forfeit in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (including taxes).
