Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
the final payment for the services provided within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of concluding an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity:
The final payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer the certificate of acceptance of the services rendered signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor by transferring funds to the Contractor's account or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a forfeit in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes).
