Payment for the Services rendered and accepted by the Customer shall be made not earlier than 60 (sixty) and not later than 90 (ninety) calendar days after signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of rendered services and presentation by the Contractor of the corresponding original invoice for payment.

Calculation for the Services rendered and accepted by the Customer shall be made within 15 (fifteen) working days after signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of rendered services and presentation by the Contractor of the corresponding original invoice for payment.
Calculations under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlements that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
