Payment terms:
Payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
The Customer undertakes to pay the cost of the work specified in clause 2.1 of this agreement, no earlier than 60 and no later than 90 calendar days after the Parties signed the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, subject to the Contractor submitting the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) reporting documentation
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
For the Contractor, related to small and medium-sized businesses, the payment for the Services provided is made within 15 working days from the date the Customer signed the certificate of acceptance of the Services rendered and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a forfeit in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes).
