• this procedure the request for proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
• In the procurement procedure may be granted priority services to Russian individuals, in relation to the services provided by foreign persons, in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from September 16, 2016 925 n.
• Source of funding: Customer's own funds.
• Provide for the obligations of the parties involved in the request for proposals, in the form of a penalty or by depositing funds to the bank account of the customer in the amount of 2% (two percent) of the amount of the submitted Applications in RF rubles (including VAT).
