The Buyer calculates the Goods delivered within 10 (ten) business days from the date (moment) of receipt of the Goods for each of the two stages of delivery specified in clause 4.3 of the Agreement and the signature of the consignment note by authorized representatives of the Parties, and In the event that the commencement of operation of the Goods requires commissioning and/or testing and/or commissioning, etc., the deadline for the final calculation shall be calculated from the date of completion of all necessary measures required to start Operation of the Goods.
Payment is made when the originals of the following documents are presented:
1) Bill for payment;
2) Consignment note in the form of TORG-12 in 2 copies;
3) Invoice;
4) Waybill/Consignment Note
5) The shipping documentation specified in pp. 3.1.2. Treaty
6) Documents confirming the authority of the Supplier's representative for signing the documents specified in this paragraph of the Agreement;
7) Documents confirming carrying out of all necessary actions required for the beginning of operation of the Goods (if applicable).
