Comments:
1. Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
3. If the supplier participates in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement and a storage agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
4. All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
5. Estimated annual requirement:
Hydrophilic cream 3000 pcs.

Cream (skin restoration) 9000pcs.

Hydrophobic cream 1000 pcs

Cream-paste (cleansing the skin from severe damage) 2000 pcs.

6. Samples are accepted for delivery after passing production tests at JSC "Kordiant".
7. The price remains fixed for each of the positions and does not depend on external factors
