Supply of materials for the installation of fire extinguishing systems at a construction site at the Rooppur NPP in the People’s Republic of Bangladesh (1 -), Price: 3 819 391,47 RUB(VAT free) per unit
Not earlier than 45 (Forty five) calendar days and not later than 75
(Seventy-five) calendar days following the date of signing
By the Buyer of the Delivery and Acceptance Certificate of the Goods (Appendix No. 6 to the Agreement),
Consignment note (TORG-12) subject to the provision of originals
the following documents: invoices, invoices, TTN, Buyer pays
Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the cost of the delivered and accepted
Buyer of the Goods.
If the Supplier belongs to small and medium
entrepreneurship (SME) in accordance with the Government Decree
RF dated December 11, 2014
№ 1352 "On the peculiarities of participation of small and medium
entrepreneurship in the procurement of goods, works, services by individual
types of legal entities ", then the term of payment for the Goods in clause 3.7.1 shall be stated in
next
edition: "Within 15 (Fifteen) working days following the date
signing by the Buyer of the Delivery and Acceptance Certificate of the Goods (Appendix No. 6 to
Agreement), Consignment note (TORG-12) subject to the provision of
originals of the following documents: invoices, invoices, TTN, Buyer
pays the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the cost of the delivered and
the Goods accepted by the Buyer. ";

Обоснование: В связи с тем, что после окончания срока подачи заявок на участие в запросе котировок с учетом продления срока окончания подачи заявок не поступило ни одной заявки, в соответствии с подпунктом б) пункта 1.1 статьи 6.4 ЕОСЗ открытый запрос котировок признан несостоявшимся.
