Supply of Rolled Metal Products for construction work at Rooppur NPP Facilities. Power Units Nos.1 and 2 (1 КМП), Price: 3 937 620,27 RUB(VAT free) per unit
3.6 The Buyer will pay the Supplier the cost of the Goods, as follows:
Not earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days and not later than 75 (seventy five) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note (TORG-12) in 2 copies (one copy for the Buyer and one copy for the Supplier), if subject to the provision of originals of primary documents: invoice, invoice; Consignment note (TTN), at least two copies; if the Goods are subject to certification in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation: documents on certification of the Goods; technical documentation; quality plan for Goods 1, 2, 3 safety class; other documents provided for by the Terms of Reference.
If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On the specifics of the participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities":
Within 15 (Fifteen) working days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Certificate of Acceptance and Transfer of the Goods / Certificate of Services Rendered, provided that the originals of the primary documents are provided.
