Advance contract provides
Payment for the goods is made within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of receipt by the Purchaser:
- accounts
- invoices (invoice);
- act of acceptance of the Goods, signed by both parties in 2 copies;
- certificates (passport) or other documents confirming compliance with the delivered goods specified in Annexes №1, №2 to the Contract in Russian and English)
waybill for registration of international freight (CMR) (or other document confirming the fact of delivery);
