Purchasing items:

V-TPE-125-48-UHL4 rectifier (2 ШТ), Price: 2 966 700,00 RUB(price excl. of VAT: 2 472 250,00 RUB) per unit

Execution of EMR (1 ЕР), Price: 1 550 641,54 RUB(price excl. of VAT: 1 292 201,28 RUB) per unit

Implementation of commissioning works (1 ЕР), Price: 603 265,18 RUB(price excl. of VAT: 502 720,98 RUB) per unit
The payment for the Products shall be made upon the fact of delivery on the basis of the invoice in the period not earlier than 30 calendar days, but not later than 60 calendar days (within 30 calendar days for the contract concluded on the basis of the procurement results with the small and medium business entity) from the date of signing by the Consignee of the certificate of entrance control after receiving the Products of appropriate quality and in the proper completeness and submission of the following documents:
- commodity waybills (TORG - 12);
- consignment notes (TTN);
- invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The supplier is obliged to reflect in the invoice the complete data of the delivered products in accordance with the adopted standard designation according to the standard;
- Passports for each unit of the Product (or documents substituting them) indicating the amount of precious metals;
- a set of operating and maintenance documents (operating instructions, maintenance manual, installation and commissioning instructions, operating instructions for the software);
- repair documentation consisting of:
• TU for the repair of equipment, issued in accordance with SRT 1.1.1.01.003;
• technological documentation for routine maintenance and repair of equipment, issued in accordance with SRT 1.1.1.01.003.1074;
• lists of spare parts (group spare parts) for capital, average and current repairs (maintenance) in accordance with GOST 2.602, issued in accordance with GOST 2.610;
• assembly drawing of the product according to GOST 2.102, issued in accordance with GOST 2.109;
• specifications of assembly units in accordance with GOST 2.102, issued in accordance with GOST 2.106;
• electric circuits, designed in accordance with GOST 2.701;
• technical documentation (operating instructions, measurement, diagnostic procedures, etc.) for the equipment for repair, monitoring and measuring equipment supplied with the equipment, technical diagnostic tools in accordance with GOST 2.602;
- protocols of acceptance testing;
- schemes of electrical connections;
- a copy of the specifications (with the manufacturer / supplier stamp);
- decision on the application of imported products in accordance with NP-071-18;
- quality plan in accordance with RD EE 1.1.2.01.0713-2013;
- a certified copy of the certificate / declaration of conformity of products (in case it is subject to mandatory certification / declaration according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 01.12.2009 No. 982 and "List of products subject to mandatory certification and for which requirements are established related to security in the field of use Atomic Energy ", approved by order of Rostekhnadzor of July 21, 2017 № 277 and technical regulations).
