Purchasing items:
1.
Supply of Sandwich Type Panels and Profile Sheets for ROOPPUR NPP Re-fregerating Unit Facilities (20UQR) (1 КМП), Price: 9 387 227,94 RUB(VAT free) per unit
not earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days and not later than 75 (seventy five) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer, provided that the Supplier properly fulfills its contractual obligations, including the delivery time, quantity, completeness and quality of the Goods and subject to the provision of originals of primary documents:
- invoices (invoice);
- acceptance certificate of the Goods, signed by both Parties in 2 copies;
- certificates (passports), or other documents confirming the compliance of the supplied Goods with the requirements specified in Appendices No. 1, No. 2 to this Agreement in Russian and English)
consignment note for international cargo transportation (CMR) (or other document confirming the fact of delivery).
If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On the specifics of participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", then p. 3.7. to state in the edition:
Within 15 (Fifteen) business days following the date of signing by the Buyer, subject to the Supplier's proper fulfillment of its contractual obligations, including the delivery time, quantity, completeness and quality of the Goods, and subject to the provision of the originals of the primary documents:
- invoices (invoice);
- acceptance certificate of the Goods, signed by both Parties in 2 copies;
- certificates (passports), or other documents confirming the compliance of the supplied Goods with the requirements specified in Appendices No. 1, No. 2 to this Agreement in Russian and English)
consignment note for international cargo transportation (CMR) (or other document confirming the fact of delivery);
