Not earlier than 45 (Forty five) calendar days and not later than 75 (Seventy five) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Goods Acceptance and Delivery Certificate (Appendix No. 6 to the Agreement), Consignment Note (TORG-12) provided that the originals of the following documents: invoices, invoices, TTN, the Buyer pays the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the cost of the goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer.
If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On the features of participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", then the term payment of the Goods in clause 3.8.1 is stated as follows: Within 15 (Fifteen) business days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Goods Acceptance Certificate (Appendix No. 6 to the Agreement), the Waybill (TORG-12), subject to the originals of the following documents: invoices, invoices, TTN, the Buyer pays the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the cost of the goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer.
