Payment terms:the buyer makes payment for the goods delivered within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date (moment) of receipt of the goods in full and signing merchandise waybill by authorized representatives of the parties, and in case to begin operation of the product requires commissioning and/or testing and/or commissioning etc., the deadline for the final calculation is calculated from the date of the completion of all the necessary actions required to start operation of the goods. Payment is due upon submission of the originals of the following documents: 1) account for payment; 2) item shipment Torg-12 in form in the 2-x copies; 3) account-invoice; 4) waybill/waybill; 5) shipping documentation specified in subsection 3.1.2 of the Treaty. 6) documents confirming the powers of the representative of the supplier on the signing of the documents referred to in this paragraph. 7) documents certifying making all necessary arrangements, required to start operation of the product (if applicable).
