Payment is due upon submission of the originals of the following documents: 1) account for payment; 2) item shipment Torg-12 in form in the 2-x copies; 3) account-invoice; 4) waybill/waybill; 5) shipping documentation specified in subsection 3.1.2 of the Treaty. 6) documents confirming the powers of the representative of the supplier on the signing of the documents referred to in this paragraph. 7) documents certifying making all necessary arrangements, required to start operation of the product (if applicable).
