the cost of the products specified in the specification shall be paid after the documentary confirmation of the delivery by the executor and acceptance by the customer of the delivered products in accordance with section IV of this contract, within 45 days from the date of Signing by the parties of the consignment note on the basis of the original invoice for payment, invoice, or UPD received from the executor.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of products under this contract is performed by the executor on the terms of DDP (incoterms 2010) with unloading from the vehicle to the address: Nizhny Novgorod, ul. Tropinin, D. 47.
