The Payment for the Products shall be made to the Supplier upon delivery on the basis of the invoice within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the certificate of entrance control after receipt of the Product of appropriate quality and in the proper completeness, and submission of documents:
- commodity waybills (TORG-12);
- invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- passports and certificates (all in Russian);
- consignment notes (TTN);
- documents specified in the Terms of Reference, drawn up in 2 copies.
