Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment by the Buyer for the Products is carried out after receiving it, provided that the Supplier issues an invoice not earlier than the expiration of 30 (thirty) calendar days and not later than the expiration of 60 (sixty) calendar days from the moment the Products are received at the warehouse and the invoice is issued. If the procurement participant is a small and medium-sized business entity Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the Products, provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Products:
- Original consignment note (form TORG-12) / UPD for Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies;
- Original invoice - 1 copy. (not required in case of submission of the FRTD).
