Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
- If the Bidder does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses: payment for Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date the Products arrive at the warehouse and the invoice is issued.
- If the Bidder belongs to small and medium-sized businesses: payment for Products is made by the Buyer within 7 working days from the moment the Products arrive at the warehouse and the invoice is issued.
Settlements under the contract are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the Bidders of the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes).

6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Offers set out in the Bid Notice on the request for proposals with the notification of all Bidders.
