Payment terms:Payment under the Contract is effected upon the fact of equipment delivery and performance of works within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the parties signed the Act of the erection works performed, the commissioning act and the commodity bill TORG-12 or FRT.
Payment under the Agreement is carried out in the following order:
Advance 30% of the price of the Agreement, within 15 (Fifteen) calendar days after the conclusion of the Agreement, transfer to the Customer of an invoice for payment and ensuring fulfillment of obligations under the Contract in accordance with Section 16 of the Treaty.
Payment of the remaining 70% of the price of the Agreement within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing by the Parties of the Act of the erection works performed, the act of commissioning and the commodity bill TORG-12 or FRT.
