- draft supplementary agreement about price changes with the date of the commencement of the action no earlier than 30 calendar days after receipt of a proposal for the revision of prices by another party;
- draft specification with modified prices or draft negotiation protocol with the contract price by range;
- originals or certified by the seal of the Organization documents justifying the price changes: calculation of expenditure before and after the price change, the letter of the manufacturers, and arranged in the form of a supplementary agreement, which is an integral part of this agreement.
