- copies of the balance sheet and income statement (Form No. 1, 2) for one previous year and the ended reporting period of the current year with a note on the submission of reports to the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation (Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation);
- a copy of the notice of the possibility of applying a simplified taxation system in case the Applicant applies Physics – Uspekhi;
- copies of existing licenses for the right to carry out activities that are relevant to the subject of the request for proposals (if, in accordance with applicable law, this type of activity is subject to licensing); required product certificates; permissions of the relevant supervisory authorities (if necessary), certificates of admission to the necessary types of work, certified by the signature of the head and seal of the organization;
- a certificate of fulfillment of contracts similar in nature and scope for the last year, customer reviews (if any);
- other documents that, in the opinion of the Bidder, confirm its compliance with the established requirements, with relevant comments explaining the purpose of the submission of these documents;
- If for any reason the Bidder is unable to provide the required document, he must attach a certificate drawn up in any form explaining the reason for the absence of the required document, as well as containing assurances to the Organizer that the Bidder complies with this requirement.
