Payment terms:
If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses: Payment of the Party of Products shall be made by the Buyer with a delay of payment not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products/Party of Products and signing by the Parties consignment note (TORG-12) provided the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment of the Products:
- Original of the consignment note (form TORG-12) or Universal Transfer Document (UD) for the Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies. ; $
- Original invoice — 1 copy.
If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses: Payment of the Party of Products shall be made by the Buyer with deferral of payment not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products/Party of Products and signing of the invoice by the Parties (TORG-12) or Universal Transfer Document (UDP), provided the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment of the Products:
- Original of the consignment note (form TORG-12) or Universal Transfer Document (UD) for the Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies. ; $
- Original invoice — 1 copy.
Calculations under the contract are made by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Supplier, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation
