Payment for the Products / Lot of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 (for SMEs no more than 30 days) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products, provided that the Buyer is provided with a full set of documents for payment for the Products / Lot of Products:
- The original bill of lading (TORG-12 form) / UPD for Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies .;
- The original invoice - 1 copy. (not required, in the case of the provision of the DLC).
