If the participant of the purchase is the subject of small and average enterprise payment of products is made by the buyer with a delay not more than 30 days from the moment of delivery of products to the buyer, provided the supplier provides documents. Settlements under the contract are made by transfer of funds to the account of the supplier. And also can have other form of calculations not contradicting to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
