Auto-extension

Payment terms:
If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses: payment for the Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of TORG-12 or UPD), provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment : Original consignment note (form TORG-12) / UPD, signed by the Parties - 2 copies;
- Original invoice - 1 copy.
If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses: payment for the Products is made by the Buyer within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of TORG-12 or UPD), provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment: Original consignment note (form TORG- 12) / UPD signed by the Parties - 2 copies;
