In accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1352 of 12/11/2014, upon conclusion of a supply contract with a Supplier, which is a small and medium-sized business, payment for the delivered Products is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days.

Обоснование: В связи с тем, что по результатам рассмотрения заявок только один участник запроса котировок и поданная им заявка были признаны соответствующими условиям запроса котировок, в соответствии с подпунктом б) пункта 1.2 статьи 6.4 главы 6 ЕОСЗ открытый запрос котировок признан несостоявшимся.
