Auto-extension

Payment terms:
payment for each batch of products is carried out in the following order:
- 100% payment with delay of not less than 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the moment of receipt of products to the warehouse of consignee and invoicing for subjects of large business;
- 100% payment with delay of not less than 30 calendar days from the moment of receipt of products to the warehouse of consignee and invoicing for small and medium business entities. Payment of products is made by the buyer from the date of receipt of the full set of documents for payment:
- The original consignment note for products signed by the parties, executed in the form of TORG-12 or UPD (Universal transfer Document) – 2 copies;
- The original invoice for 100% of the product price is 1 copies.
Settlements under the contract are made by transfer of funds to the account of the supplier.
The basis for determining the payment is to provide a declaration on the compliance of the participant to small and medium enterprises. In the case of incomplete delivery or delivery of products that do not meet the requirements of the specification, payment of the entire consignment is not made until the supplier's elimination of these violations.
