Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer in the following order:
- If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer with a delay of payment not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of the TORG-12) /OPD, provided that Buyer of full set of documents for payment of Products:
Original of the consignment note (form TORG-12) /UPD for the Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies.; Original invoice/UPD - 1 copy.
- If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer with a delay of payment not more than 30 calendar from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties TORG-12) /UPD, provided the Buyer is provided with full a set of documents for payment of Products:
Original of the consignment note (form TORG-12) /UPD for the Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies.; Original invoice/UPD - 1 copy.
Calculations under the contract are made by means of transfer of funds to the settlement account of the Supplier specified in Article 10 of this Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement, not contrary to legislation of the Russian Federation.
