Payment terms:
Цена Договора включает в себя прибыль Поставщика, а также расходы Поставщика на производство или приобретение, транспортировку Товара до Места поставки, погрузку, разгрузку, перемещение по территории Покупателя, стоимость тары и упаковки, лицензий, необходимых для использования Товара, подлежащие уплате налоги, сборы и пошлины, а также все прочие затраты и расходы Поставщика, связанные с поставкой Товара и исполнением иных обязательств по Договору.
Delivery terms:
Поставка Товара осуществляется целиком в течение 2 (двух) месяцев с даты подписания Договора. Доставка и разгрузка Товара осуществляется Поставщиком.
Досрочная поставка Товара допускается только с предварительного письменного согласия Покупателя.
